House Rules
1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking.
2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking"
includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles,incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any
one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
7. Late check-out fee of $100 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We’re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.
8. No pets allowed.
9. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
10. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
Pool/Hot Tub Rules
1. Use at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
3. No glass in or around the pool/hot tub – use plastic cups only.
4. Shower before entering to keep the water clean.
5. No diving, running, or rough play in the pool area.
6. Do not use while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
7. Hot tub time limit: max 20 minutes at a time.
8. Pregnant women and guests with health concerns should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
9. Replace covers after use to keep the hot tub clean and safe.
10. Quiet hours apply – please respect neighbors when using the pool or hot tub in the evening.

The pictures truly don’t do this house justice. Heaven on Earth, literally. Location is the best in the mountains with over a 180* view, and everything was so accommodating. Ample coffee, the small touches for anyone with little ones, paper towels folded into fans and bathroom towels into shapes. Beyond worth the drive and value. Trazillion times over, would choose this house again!!

What a beautiful location and home. Words cannot express the serene feeling that overcomes you. Amazing property with all the trimmings. Anything that you think you may need is here. It is very clean and neat and resembles a showcase home. The owners are super responsive and answered any questions immediately and with kindness. A+ all around.
